Visitation Policy

Access to the hospital is only allowed to healthy visitors who:
  • are fully vaccinated or recovered (proof of immune status) or
  • can provide written proof of a negative antigen test (not older than 24 hours) performed by an approved test center

There is still a ban on entry and activity for persons who have tested positive for a period of at least 5 days.

 

  • When entering the building, visitors must disinfect their hands and observe the known hygiene guidelines throughout their stay (“3G” rule, e.g. minimum distance, sneeze label)
  • Visitors are required to wear an FFP2 mask at all times while in the hospital building. This also applies to the patient rooms and the corridors (Masks available for €1 at the entrance)
  • The hospital may only be accessed via the main entrance

 

Access regulations:

  • One visitor per day
  • Healthy children (i.e. without signs of illness) are allowed to enter the hospital
  • The 3G rule applies to children over 6 years of age. In addition, the mask requirement applies
  • Children under the age of 6 are allowed to enter the hospital without conditions and without a mask
    • There is a risk of infection, especially in small children without protection
    • The parents are responsible
    • A risk-benefit analysis should be carried out
    • Visits should be reduced to the necessary minimum
  • Visiting hours are from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM
  • The duration of the visit is limited to a maximum of 1 hour

 

Special regulations:

  • Relatives can hand in personal items for patients with correspondingly clear markings in the entrance area at reception.
