Quality Management

Continuously reviewing and improving our quality is part of our philosophy. For this purpose we have established an internal quality management system. This system includes quality circles in which staff members from various occupational groups work together to regularly review and improve patient care processes and strategies.

A major aspect are measures to increase patient safety. We also participate in external quality assurance measures, and our Landstuhl site is certified by the SGS Gesellschaft für Zertifizierungen mbH certification body. We have adopted a quality management system and continuously review its consistent implementation. The system is based on the ISO 9001 international quality management standard and puts particular emphasis on customer focus.

Standardized quality requirements and evaluations also allow benchmarking against other hospitals.

The work of our quality circles aims to better capture and fulfil your expectations regarding all departments of Nardini Klinikum. Continuous patient surveys help us to align our work with the needs of our patients.
